Dáire programmed a series of films in August 2024 at the Watershed Cinema, Bristol, for children aged between 6 and 12 years old, centring on the core theme of “Cast Away” to work in conjunction with the release of “Kensuke's Kingdom”. This included films such as “The Red Turtle” and “Song of the Sea”. The season launched with a workshop co-facilitated with Dáire and the Pervasive Media Studio encouraging children to engage with the themes of the films and create their own unique equipment for an imagined deserted island.
